Cooperative education is a critical component in preparing students to work with quality. <\/span>Walailak University now requires students who are required to participate in the cooperative education program to complete the cooperative preparation course. <\/span>The cooperative preparation course aims to prepare and support students in becoming work–<\/span>ready through collaboration between teachers and a special guest from the workplace. <\/span>By developing under the COVID 19 pandemic, the Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development has modernized this course to keep up with changes in society and technology.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The teaching management for cooperative education preparation course in Semester 3\/<\/span>2021<\/span><\/u><\/p>

1<\/span>. <\/span>A semester from 12 January <\/span>\u2013 <\/span>30 March 2022 with the duration of 12 weeks<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>Classes are held every Wednesday from 10<\/span>:<\/span>00 a<\/span>.<\/span>m<\/span>. <\/span>to 12<\/span>:<\/span>00 noon<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

2. <\/span>Due to the Covid19 pandemic 214 Students from 11 curricula enroll in this course.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

3. <\/span>The course was divided into three sections: <\/span>1. <\/span>classroom teaching for two sessions; 2. <\/span>online teaching via ZOOM Cloud Meeting for four sessions; and 3. <\/span>Thai MOOC online teaching system for six sessions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>The activities were divided into the following sessions<\/span>. <\/span>The first two sessions hosted by\u00a0Dr<\/span>. <\/span>Atanan Techopisanwong, Director of the Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development, lecturing on Cooperative Education Philosophy, and Ms<\/span>. <\/span>Phakanit Osponpan, Skills Development for Student Career Department, and invited special speakers on four topics<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>How to write a great resume? How a new grad can get a job? by Mr. <\/span>Jarinya Masarun from Super Resume Co.<\/span>, Ltd.<\/span>Ltd. (<\/span>Jobtopgun.<\/span>com) <\/span>was held on January 26<\/span>, 2022. <\/span>The contents consist of job application techniques and tips, techniques for recruiting people from the human resources department, and an online resume workshop.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>On February 2, 2022, Ms<\/span>. <\/span>Pimporn Watakee <\/span>(<\/span>Nora<\/span>)<\/span>, Executive and Owner of the Flight Attendance Academy, and Stewart Hatyai share job application techniques, job interviews, and job inspiration<\/span>. <\/span>The speaker\u00a0shared her enjoyable job application, job interview, and real<\/span>–<\/span>world work experiences with Singapore Airlines<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>On February 9, 2022, Mr<\/span>. <\/span>Arthit Thongkham <\/span>(<\/span>Kin<\/span>)<\/span>, Culture Excellence Manager, Bitkub Capital Group Holdings Company Limited, presented <\/span>“<\/span>New Gen Career and the Road to Becoming a Unicorn,<\/span>” <\/span>which was co<\/span>–<\/span>organized by Southern Science Park Walailak University<\/span>. <\/span>The content demonstrates ideas and inspiration for startup entrepreneurship, understanding and adapting to global change, and the factors that contribute to success in becoming a unicorn<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>\u201c<\/span>From Senior to Junior Sharing Cooperative Education Experience to the Real Working<\/span>\u201d <\/span>by Mr<\/span>. <\/span>Sorawit Limopas Poolsawat, alumni of Liberal Arts School was held on February 23, 2022<\/span>.<\/span> The speakers exchanged cooperative education experiences from the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand to work and study abroad, Mr<\/span>. <\/span>Sorawit is currently graduating with a Ph<\/span>.<\/span>D<\/span>. <\/span>from the University of East London by researching of the collaboration between non<\/span>–<\/span>profit organizations in Thailand and multinational corporations<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

The Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development has developed lessons in the Thai MOOC for the academic year <\/span><\/u>2021<\/span><\/u>, which are two subjects<\/span><\/u>:<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>
