Walailak University Welcomes Delegation from Princess of Naradhiwas University for an Exchange on Cooperative Education and CWIE Practices
On 13 July 2026, the Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development, Walailak University, welcomed administrators, lecturers, and staff from the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Princess of Naradhiwas University, on a study visit focusing on cooperative education and Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE). The program also included a benchmarking meeting for the Bachelor of Arts Program in English and was held at the Cooperative Education Building, Walailak University.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Phadungsak Suksa-Ard, Vice President for Cooperative Education and Central Administration, delivered the welcoming remarks and presented Walailak University’s policies and operational approaches to cooperative education. Dr. Attanan Tachopisalwong, Director of the Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development, also shared the University’s experiences and practices in implementing cooperative education and CWIE.
The program further featured an exchange of best practices in cooperative education within the Tourism and Hospitality Management Program, School of Management. In the afternoon, representatives from both universities participated in a benchmarking meeting for their Bachelor of Arts Program in English, providing an opportunity to exchange knowledge and explore approaches to enhancing teaching and learning in alignment with future workforce development.
This study visit marked another important opportunity to strengthen academic collaboration and exchange knowledge and experience in cooperative education and CWIE. The partnership will contribute to enhancing the quality of graduates and ensuring that their competencies effectively meet the needs of employers and the labor market.
