On Wednesday, 7 February 2024, the Center for Cooperative Education, Walailak University (WU) organized an Open Lecture on “Cross Cultural Working and Adaptation”. An invited speaker of the program was Ms. Pimpisa Suriyont, Director of Human Resources Management at Park Hyatt Bangkok and HR Director at Aman Nai Lert Bangkok. Ms. Pimpisa Suriyont has been received an honor award n national level from Walailak University in CWIE Best Practice in 2023. An active participant were 450 WU Coop students from many different disciplines. CIWIE students had learnt a diversity of organization, people and customers, how to adapt in the new working environment, personality improvement, and mindset to achieve cooperative education.
