Nature Index has revealed research organizations with high-quality research published in the world’s top academic journal that appeared on the Nature Index database from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021. For an overview of physical sciences, life sciences, chemistry, and earth and environmental sciences, found that Walailak University has been ranked the 4th of Thailand University (from 6th ranked previous and moved up to 4th that was secondary from VITEC, Chulalongkorn University, and Mahidol University)

However, Walailak University has been ranked the 3rd for Physical Sciences and the 8th for Chemistry from Thailand University Ranking.
