On 7 May 2026, the Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development, Walailak University, organized a post-cooperative education seminar for Public Administration students in the 2–3/2025 academic year. The seminar was held online via Zoom Cloud Meetings from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m., with more than 20 students participating and sharing their experiences.

Ms. Ingjan Wattarujeekrit, General Administration Officer at the Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development, Walailak University, co-organized and participated in the seminar. She attended the students’ presentations, offered guidance, and facilitated reflection on the knowledge and experiences gained during their intensive eight-month cooperative education placements in public- and private-sector organizations.

The seminar featured a valuable exchange of experiences on applying theoretical knowledge in real-world settings, solving unexpected problems, and adapting to organizational environments. The students were also commended for effectively applying their knowledge of public administration to develop practical projects and support the missions of their host organizations.

The experience gained throughout the eight-month placements has significantly strengthened both the students’ professional skills (hard skills) and interpersonal skills (soft skills), preparing them to enter the labor market as a new generation of highly competent public administration professionals who can effectively respond to the needs of the labor market.
