On April 23–24, 2025, the Cooperative Education and Career Development Center, Walailak University, led by Ms. Jiraporn Kansuwan, General Administration Officer, welcomed two Indonesian students from UNTAG University Surabaya, Indonesia, under the International Cooperative Education Network Program. The students officially reported at Walailak University International College on their first day to receive work assignments and orientation, marking the beginning of their cooperative education training at Walailak University.

On April 23, 2025, Miss Elvaretta Arthamevia Hakim Putri, a business administration student, reported to the International College while Miss Adinda Isna Nabila, a law program student, officially reported to the School of Law. Both students were warmly welcomed by Dr. Suchita Manajit, Vice-Dean of Walailak University International College; Assoc. Prof. Nares Kesaprakorn, Acting Dean of the School of Law; and Mr. Peeth Pimanphrom, Legal Expert in Taxation, School of Law respectively.

The program aims to strengthen international cooperation in higher education and provide valuable cross-cultural learning experiences for students through cooperative education training.
