On June 6, 2025, the Cooperative Education and Career Development Center at Walailak University continued its mission to set high standards and promote sustainable work-integrated learning, winning the 2025 National CWIE Award for the 15th consecutive year. The award was presented during the 15th CWIE Day event at the Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, Mueang District, Chiang Mai Province. The WU Cooperative Education team was led by Assistant Professor Padungsak Suksa-Ard, Vice President of Walailak University, together with Dr. Attanan Tachopisalwong, Director of the Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development. They were joined by dedicated team members who play a key role in guiding and training students. The Outstanding Innovation Award was presented to Mr. Panithi Vetchapitak, a Chemical Engineering student from the School of Engineering and Technology. In addition, Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was honored with the Outstanding Medium-Sized Enterprise Award. “This remarkable achievement demonstrates Walailak University’s Cooperative Education strategy and its strong commitment to preparing students with industry-ready skills to confidently thrive in the real-world workforce.”
